Ann Marie Toccket

Anne Marie Toccket holds a master’s degree in international development and nonprofit management from the University of Pittsburgh as well as three bachelor’s degrees in Spanish, journalism and international affairs from Penn State University. Anne Marie is a founding member of Awamaki, a social enterprise organization based in Peru that partners with women-owned businesses. She is an innovative thinker on social business, B Corporations, capturing social outcomes and the Social Return on Investment (SROI) methodology. She holds a part-time appointment at the University of Pittsburgh’s Philanthropy Forum, where she coordinates efforts to document and tell the story of Pittsburgh’s philanthropy past and present. She offers training across Pennsylvania on grantwriting, fundraising strategy, social enterprise and monitoring and evaluation (including SROI). When she's not daydreaming about how to measure social impact, Anne Marie loves bicycling, cooking and international travel–she has been to 40 countries and counting.
