Jordan Scarcella

Manager of Learning and Development and Organizational Change Management, Supply Chain Transformation, The Hershey Company

Jordan Scarcella joined the Social Enterprise Group Board of Directors in July 2023, and has a lifelong passion for combining social impact and business. Jordan began her career in the non-profit space as a missions coordinator to South Africa for Hopewell United Methodist Church. While living and working abroad, she started Made by Mosaic in partnership with Mosaic Community Developments, creating sustainable employment opportunities for foster parents by helping them build skills to create high-quality, environmentally friendly products made from locally sourced materials. Made by Mosaic continues to grow today with products that can be purchased online and in stores across the country. For her efforts, Jordan was recognized as one of Google's Zeitgeist Young Minds, and was featured in international publications including Oprah Magazine South Africa.

Jordan currently works for The Hershey Company, where her focus remains on helping others build skills they need to grow their careers. She is leading a team of learning business partners in manufacturing focused on improving the employee experience for frontline workers, and has held several learning and development and change management roles since joining the company in March 2016. In addition to her role as a board member for Social Enterprise Institute USA, Jordan is also on Elizabethtown College's International Business Advisory Board.
