James H. Frederick, III

Prior to becoming involved with the Social Enterprise Institute, Jim Frederick’s experience includes 35 years specializing in Employee Health Benefits, selling and consulting employers with insured and self-funded plans, managing a third party health benefit administration company and developing risk management tools with regional provider owned PPO networks.

A few key roles include:
• Managing Principal – Integrated Benefit Solutions – Third Party Administration Company
• Vice President – National Sales Support – CoreSource, Inc. – Benefit Administration Company
• Vice President - Business Development – Preferred Health Care (Provider Network & Wellness)

Jim earned his Bachelors of Art Degree from Millersville University. He has committed his life to participating in organizations that help others overcome adversity and achieve a meaningful life. Currently he serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of New Man Community Development Corporation. Previously he served on the Board of Directors of the American Heart Association (Lancaster Division) and the Teen Challenge Training Center. Jim also served as Chair for the American Heart Walk for Lancaster, Pennsylvania and Eagle Scout Chair for Boy Scout Troop 99 for over fifteen years.
