Compliance Director and Corporate Secretary

Emma Danae has served with the Social Enterprise Group since May 2020. As the Compliance Director and Corporate Secretary, Emma Danae oversees the drafting and revision of client contracts, reporting on grants, and recording SEG’s board activities. With a knack for both professional and legal writing, Emma Danae works hands on with SEG’s legal counsel to take client projects from contracting to completion. 

Emma Danae is currently completing her BS in Paralegal Studies through Liberty Online. When not studying or in the office, Emma Danae serves through Highland Presbyterian’s music ministries, including choir, handbells, and worship team. She also enjoys crocheting, baking, playing DnD, and spending time with her husband Daniel and their cat Pippin.
