Michele Smith

Accounting Director and Treasurer

Michele has worked as the Accounting Director of the Social Enterprise Group since October 2020. Michele’s extensive background in Finance and Administration brings high level knowledge, experience and skills to SEG’s talented team of professionals. In addition to her day-to-day roles managing SEG’s finances, she further lends her leadership and support to various Collective Impact programs; aiming to address the root causes of critical social issues through sustainable partnerships and collaboration efforts.

Having worked in the nonprofit sector for over a decade, Michele is truly passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others. Alongside her commitments to SEG, Michele serves as a board member with Abigail’s Hope, a nonprofit organization serving women and children experiencing past (or present) abuse.
