The CEO and President of PSM Management Advisory and Consulting Services Group, with a solid background in business, Peter Mandell has held significant leadership roles in both Fortune 500 companies like Honeywell, Delta Airlines, Trustmark PKA Core Source, Conseco (Colonial Penn), as well as in smaller organizations. With a comprehensive grasp of business dynamics, Pete has extended private consulting services to companies of various sizes. His educational foundation includes an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a BA in Accounting from St. Thomas. Proficient in executing business strategies, Pete’s expertise lies in program development, execution, and operations management transformation. He holds certifications in Six Sigma and LEAN, along with advanced proficiency in business analytics and process improvement. 

In the nonprofit sector, Pete has played influential roles, serving as the Board President of the Indiana Dance Ambassadors and a board member for the Lancaster Alliance. His dedication to community involvement is further exemplified by his roles as a founding member of the Midwest Biomedical Discussion Group and as the Membership Chairman for the Twin Cities Sports Collectors Club. With a deep commitment to strategic execution, Pete’s career trajectory reflects a core focus on transforming operations, encompassing aspects such as accounting, finance, systems and technology, customer service, process excellence, analytics, and project management.
