Otto Monroy

President, LogosWorks Partners 

Otto Monroy serves as president of LogosWorks Partners a social enterprise entity and affiliate of Logos Academy in York PA. Otto holds the Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and has also earned an MBA from Messiah University. He currently serves as the past board president of the Central PA chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals among other board and community engagements. He brings a unique mix of nonprofit and business acumen to his work driving growth and strategic initiatives forward for the enterprise. Working with a capable team he has overseen and led the recent campus expansion efforts at Logos Academy. He also leads the business acquisition efforts of LogosWorks as well as the development of the York County Safety Collaborative an initiative that involves all 17 police departments around York County as well as the District Attorney’s office. The goal is to make critical investments in training, equipment, and public engagement to build trust between law enforcement and the communities they serve.

Otto lives in Dillsburg with his wife and four children and enjoys soccer, a round of golf, choral singing, and guitar.
